If you have an iCloud account, you can easily share your files with your contacts from within macOS. From this window, open the Reader tab, find the When visiting other websites drop-down list, and select On. Next, click the Safari menu (in the bar at the top of the screen) and choose Preferences. To permanently enable this minimal-view Reader Mode, start by opening the browser. The Safari web browser can hide ads and other distractions to let you focus on the a given page’s text. From the same dialog box, you can tweak other aspects of Siri: Try changing the voice, and if you prefer a less cluttered interface, experiment with hiding the icon from the menu bar or dock. Finally, next to the Voice Feedback heading, check Off. If you’d prefer this option, click the Apple menu, followed by System Preferences and Siri.

Dig deeper, however, and you’ll find a heap of useful settings and options that let you customize your computing experience. Apple prides itself on the polish and slickness of its software, and on the surface, macOS proves itself an intuitive and easy-to-navigate operating system.
